  • Are your products pet and family friendly?

    Yes. Not only are they family and pet friendly, but they will help protect ya'll from annoying pests like fleas and fire ants. 

  • How will you notify me before my next visit?

    We usually send an email two days before your scheduled visit. If you wish to receive a text as well, feel free to request this from us.

  • Is there a contract?

    No. The only thing to be aware of is if you receive a discount on the first service, we ask that you pay that discount back if you cancel in the first year.

  • What happens if I see bugs between treatments?

    Let us know, we will retreat your property for free!

  • How do I pay for the service?

    We set up everything to be automatic via a credit or debit card. You can also manage your billing prefrences through our online portal.

  • Is the inside included with the service?

    Yes, the interior is included! That said, most customers only treat the exterior because this is where the bugs are coming from.

  • Do I have to be home during treatment?

    No, we will treat your property as long as the gate is unlocked and pets are removed.

  • Do you offer a military discount?

    Yes! Thank you for your service! Please reach out to have a discount applied to your service.
